Weekly Photo Challenge:- Solitary
I suppose when you think of ‘solitary’ you think of single, possibly lonely, possibly sad. This photo certainly shows solitary but it represents action. It is the stack above a tin mine in Cornwall.
and one can only imagine the action below. Think also of the camaraderie of the men, risking their lives every day.
Do go and see some more ‘Solitary’ posts over at the Word Press site.
Wonderful photo, and grand matched to the commentary.
As there hasn’t been a new WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge yet, perhaps you’d like to join in the Weekly Travel Theme http://wheresmybackpack.com/2012/09/28/travel-theme-foliage/ xxx Ailsa

I would think most would go with a lone figure as a submission for this prompt. Not that I’ve seen many other. I find yours very interesting and more in line with how I saw the prompt. Nice job!

Very thought provoking when you consider the activity below, which I wouldn’t have done had you not mentioned it.
A very good choice and strong image!
Nice take on this weeks challenge
