Weekly Photo Challenge : Family
This photograph was taken around this time of year in 2012. It is a special one for me and beautifully fits this theme as it is of our family. We were celebrating my 60th birthday with high tea at the Ritz. This was a present from my son and daughter-in-law.
The photo is a bit wobbly as the door man said he didn’t know what to do with an iphone!
What we didn’t know was that the newest addition to the family was also there! Our daughter-in-law was newly pregnant. Special day!

What a wonderful secret. to be in the picture but not seen. 🙂
Even the blur adds to the sense of joy that jumps right off the photo. I, too, have a family photo with a soon-to-be-told secret. Our grandson loves to hear the story of how he is really in the picture even though no one can see him.
