Weekly Photo Challenge – Launch!
When we amalgamated two schools we sent a balloon for each child into the sky with their names on and the address of the school. Sadly none of them were returned but they made an amazing display! We had to check with the local airport to make sure no planes were around!
a brilliant capture of a fun-filled moment
thanks for sharing

Beautiful shot. It is a shame that none were returned though.
This is a fantastic pix for the challenge. What a fun idea…!!!
Too bad none of them were returned. It would have been interesting to see
where thy wound up.
Well done …

Into the blue! Such a pretty photo! :O) @Chaoskay
Hope they are happy and connected now they are one!
The picture has vanished – or is that just my MacBook having a moment?!
Ignore that it reappeared – it really was having a moment lol.
How fun!
Julia! I just left you a comment on your new blog. (Although I noticed that I put two e’s in “idea” before I’d pushed submit! Feel free to edit.)
I just was going through things over at my blog, and I see that you were my very first follower. I’ve been going at it for 15 months now, and I just wanted to thank you. Even if you no longer follow me, thank you so much for that initial leap of faith.
I now have 1,000 followers and I am just so excited to be writing regularly.
I see you have a new blog, too.
Good for you. Keep teaching. Keep loving those kids!
xoxo @RASJacobson from Lessons From Teachers and Twits.
Great Entry for the challenge 🙂
Fun photo and fun day for the students.
