Weekly Photo Challenge: One
I’m not a religious person. I don’t go to church. I automatically tick the box saying ‘Church of England’ under the ‘Religious Preference’ on forms. However, I do enjoy visiting churches & cathedrals. I find the quiet & calm somehow reassuring. At times I have an envy for those people who do have a strong faith.
At this time with Easter upon us, this picture is not only appropriate but important as for 1000s of Christians, it represents THE One.
Whatever your beliefs, this symbol has made it’s mark across the centuries & cultures & will continue to do so.

I’m just like you, I’m not a religious person but when I’m travelling, I like to see Temple / Church… This is as aspect of the culture and if you want to understand a culture / country, you have to understand their believing. 😉
