Sleep – We all do it but why is it important to get a good night’s sleep?
Getting a good night’s sleep can be more difficult that you think. There are lots of hints and tips out there and if you are really not managing to get the rest you need it may be worth investigating some of them.
Apart from making you tired the next and a bit grumpy, just look at the other things poor sleep can bring:

For me it can be a number of things:
- Being excited about an upcoming event
- Being anxious about a future meeting or task
- Feeling full up from eating too late
- Having to get up early and worrying the alarm won’t go off
- Worrying about not going to sleep!

What are your tips for getting a good night’s sleep?
I need to feel tired. Sounds silly, but if I go to bed too early or before my body clock is telling me I’m tired, I will toss and turn and never get off to sleep let alone have a good sleep. IU personally think it is a skill to get a good night’s sleep regularly. Do you manage it?

Sometimes I can’t sleep due to over-excitement but 99-3/4% of the time, I sleep like a baby. I truly feel sorry for those who cannot. 🙁
