Research
And so onto the resource sharing… First of all, I’d like to share with you Building resilience in the face of adversity – the 4Ps of resilience”  which is a paper I wrote which provides a simple approach to promoting resilience based on the (extensive and not at all straightforward) research literature.  It’s a short read and easy to apply – I’d love your thoughts on it.

Next, an absolute gem of a website – mentallyhealthyschools.org.uk – it’s aimed at primary school teachers and provides links to all manner of fantastic resources to support children’s mental health.  It’s the dream child of the Duchess of Cambridge and has been jointly developed by Place2Be, Young Minds, The Anna Freud Centre and the Centre for Mental Health.
