100 Word Challenge for Grown Ups- Week #167
Apologies for those of you who missed the 100 Word Challenge for Grown Ups absence last week. Life just couldn’t get going after the holiday.
Anyway, were back to our routine and sharing another post with you.
I went shopping for shoes yesterday. I had intended to get some court shoes. To be honest I don’t NEED shoes but those I have make my feet ache a bit. I’m a ‘fairly flat’ shoe wearer or have been in the past.
I saw these and thought I’d try them on as I’ve always hankered for heels and there was somewhere to hold on while I was wobbling! Well, they were SO comfortable! I was really surprised and after hubby said they looked nice, I bought them.
So, they are your prompt for this week. You can take them on any journey or adventure. They can belong to you or someone else. The sky’s the limit!

I have a very similar pair of heels! Not sure mine are quite as comfy, but they feel pretty funky when I wear them with a skirt that’s just above the knee, opaque hosiery and a polo neck. 🙂
Bit past that skirt in age Sarah but I’m looking forward to a bit of strutting!
