Weekly Photo Challenge -Breakfast!
Our morning tea tray!
Now why is it special? Well, firstly it has our morning cups on it. We only use these in the morning. Then you can see two glasses of orange juice. Another one of our 5-a-day that you can see is a banana each. We started this regime when I was working so that I would start the day with something in my tum as I donβt βdoβ breakfast! The last item on the tray is a new addition to our morning ritual. Two pots of Benecol β strawberry for me and apricot for Sir. We have started having this since the cholesterol was shown to be a problem.
So there you have it. Home is the only place where I can get this tea tray when I wake!.

So simple but powerful breakfast
A healthy tray for two… that’s so sweet π
Such a cool capture for the challenge. I like how it is also a sentimental breakfast as well. Home is where it counts, no?
Do you eat green bananas, I like them a little riper. Nice breakfast.
great start to the day
healthy brekafast
Very healthy!
Nice photo π
Nice! I love a cup of hot green tea in the morning.
Looks very healthy and I need to start eating healthier. I would have to substitute some sort of cereal (maybe oatmeal) for the Benecol though. And, my husband would totally have to have bagels with real butter. Great entry!
Healthy. Great post!
As soon as I get up, kettle on for tea, next the computer on, then dogs allowed out in the garden. Breakfast is cereal and a banana. It’s a regime I practised when I started working from home and continued when I retired.
Very comforting. http://wp.me/pdJ7S-qL

what a fab idea!! i dont ‘do’ breakfast either, but then usually end up starving by 10am!
Breakfast is a must-have meal for me and now with Metamucil!! Darn cholesterol.
ah, yes, breakfast at home is unique to the home – i like your way of thinking! thanks for your post
Love that home can only be wherever your breakfast tray is. What a lovely way to start the day, healthy breakfast and knowing you are home.
Good breakfast. I can identify with home being where the familiar food is as everyone else cooks differently.
Every good day starts with breakfast and nothing beats breakfast at home does it?
That has to be one of the most civilised wake-up calls possible. Maybe I should leave your blog conspicuously open somewhere where the Ovver Arf is bound to see it?
Nice cups but, ew, banana! Can’t stand them! Breakfast at home is hard to beat though!
That’s so sweet. Made me smile.
How lovely, and so healthy. xx
What a lovely morning wake up and a lovely reminder of home.
What a healthy start to the day! I went for your first thought – my bed!
It’s difficult when there are so many to choose from! Thanks for stopping by!
Excellent take on the theme x
Thank you Susan!
Great take on the theme and what a great way to start the day!
Well it gets two of our 5-a-day sorted! Thanks for visiting!
Ohhh teaaaa! A nice cup at the end of the day is heaven!
This is how my day starts but I’m happy to have it at the end as well – tea that is!
Oh yes I can’t function in the morning without tea either but I think I might copy your idea, what a great healthy start to the day. Plus if this is home to you, you can take it anywhere! Perfect. x
Good thinking!
