A Younger Me?
Over at the Gallery this week, the theme is ‘A Younger Me’. I haven’t taken part in this fabulous meme for AGES!
Now, a number of people on seeing photos of my wonderful, gorgeous grand daughter tell me they can see a likeness with me! Really?

My grandma had a picture of me when I was about 3 or 4 and one of my cousin she was about the same age and we look like sisters. One time my mum brought my cousin with her to collect me from school and my friends were asking was she my sister (which was funny as they knew I had a brother!). My son was born on Wednesday and we keep looking at him for the family similarities. His lips are definitely from my Dad’s side and the dark hair is from my mums side. His eyes are from my husband’s side – they are too blue to be from my side lol.
Congratulations on the arrival of your son Hannie! Enjoy watching him change & developing his own looks as well as those ‘borrowed’ ones!

Could be. I think it might be easier to tell when she reaches four or five. When my friend recently celebrated her seventieth, her daughter put a lot of photos and stories to get her. It was striking how pictures of her as a little girl could have been pictures of her granddaughter now.
I shall look forward to it!
