This post is for the Gallery. If you haven’t heard of it you must have been on another planet for a while! It is a weekly event where brilliant Tara Cain poses a theme for us to get our teeth into. This week, she has made it a real challenge. The topic is ‘A Novel Idea’.

Slightly off the wall but ‘novel’! We saw this while we were staying in a hotel in Edinburgh & it made us smile! We called it ‘Schiendlers Lift’

That’s really funny. My younger sister got a summer job with them in Germany when she was on her year out at university. We always laughed about it then. Someone else I know gave birth in a lift and called the baby Otis!

I remember seeing a Schindlers Escalator once and having a good laugh at that but the Lift is perfect 🙂 Great photo!
