Friday Smile!
This one is for all of us struggling with our weight! Sent to me by my dear friend Angela!

DO NOT wash your hair in the shower!!
It’s so good to finally get a health warning that is useful!!!
It’s so good to finally get a health warning that is useful!!!
IT INVOLVES THE SHAMPOO WHEN IT RUNS DOWN YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SHOWER WITH IT. WARNING TO US ALL!!!
I don’t know WHY I didn’t figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning,
“FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME.”
No wonder I have been gaining weight! Well! I got rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with Dawn Dishwashing Soap. The label reads, “DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE.”
Problem solved!
j’adore votre humour….;-)
My son doesn’t believe in shampooing in the shower at all, and he’s thin as a stick. Must be something to this!
🙂 🙂 🙂
Hahahahahaha. Thank YOU! Finally, I can STOP this weight gain. Thankyouthankyou. I feel so much better. . .
I know! Wish I’d known years ago!
Oh, thank you, I needed that laugh.
Oh, I so hope I don’t come off as preachy. I became bulimic when I was twelve. I yo-yo dieted into my mid forties. Only then did I discover self acceptance and Health at Every Size, and I encourage everyone who is dissatisfied with their bodies to check out these concepts.
I didn’t exercise for years because I always felt like a loser since I didn’t lose. After discovering SA and HAES, I started exercising again. The weight I’ve lost is negligible, but my strength, stamina, flexibility, and range of motion are greatly improved.
We’re all told that we’re horrible unless we look like supermodels. I’d simply like to suggest that we’re fine in the skin (and fat) we’re in.
I know where you are coming from. It is part of the Friday Smile though so shouldn’t be taken too seriously!
Made my day! Heee heee thanks for the giggle!
