Tintern in the WYE Valley

We’re nearly at the end of this Alphabe run. We are at the letter ‘Y’ so as usual I have been a bit cheeky. These pictures are of Tintern Abbey which is in the Wye (pronounced why /y) Valley which straddles the border between Wales and England.

As you can see from these photogrpahs it is very atmospheric and you can imagine the monks spending hours in contemplation!
