Alphabe-Thursday has already reached the letter ‘K’. My entry is from Falaise which is in the region of Calvados in Normandy France. It’s fame comes from being the birthplace of William I known to us Brits as William the Conqueror. For us, the arrival of that man changed the way Britons lived for ever.
The picture is of the roundabout just before you enter the town. I’m not sure what the figures are supposed to depict but to me they are William’s Knights, ready to do battle with the English!
Now pop over to Jenny’s & see some more ‘K’ entries! Go – now!
