100 Word Challenge for Grown Ups – Week #56
I MUST MAKE MYSELF CLEARER! I MUST MAKE MYSELF CLEARER! I MUST MAKE MYSELF CLEARER! I MUST MAKE MYSELF CLEARER!
Hopefully I will have got the message now because many of you did not get last week’s prompt. That did not stop you from posting some great takes on the photo. Just in case you are interested, the idea was that you wrote the greetings inside the card that had that picture on the front. Maybe if I had restricted you to a few words it would have been clearer. My apologies!
Anyway, as my penance I am posting what I hope is an easier prompt for you but with a link to my apology. The prompt is:
… being clear is essential to …
As usual, the link will be open for a week until 10th September. If you are confused, bemused or just plain muddled by all of this do read ‘What is 100WCGU?’ which hopefully will make things clearer. If not leave a comment below or tweet me @jfb57.
Click here to enter your link and view this Linky Tools list. I’ll then link them back to this page as soon as possible!
There will not be a prompt next week as I’m going on a little holiday and hubby says I need to leave the internet behind so please come back on 10th Sept for your next challenge!

Have a lovely holiday x
This could just be me, but I’m having trouble accessing the linkytools site. My contribution is here (http://joshmosey.wordpress.com/2012/08/30/100-word-challenge-being-clear-is-essential-to/) and I’ll try again to use the tool. Thanks for the prompt!

Have a great holiday. This week’s 100 WC post wrote itself.
I too was pretty sure you were looking for birthday greetings for the card – but, inspiration, time and temperament, it is what it is. Must keep you wondering what you will find next, Julia … part of the fun? And, by the way, what were the greetings inside the card?
🙂 🙂 🙂

Have a good time. I am renting a lake house and bringing my mother-in-law, my 4 kids, their spouses or significant others, grandchildren, nephew, dogs and maybe a surprise visitor or two. We do it every year.
Now that seems like a challenge to me!
Ha. I don’t speak more than 100 words to them. A lot of smiling, head nods, and “ah ha”s. That makes for a great time, They all seem to work everything out if I stay out of the way. 😉
Oh, my, did I mess up my first sentence in my comment. Let’s just say that I understood the idea of the prompt…beebee
As far as you being clear on last weeks prompt, I was, but I could think of no photo that would appear on a postcard from a Civil War POW, so I used one of the old home place. On the return post card, I used a photo of what could have been the children waiting at home. The idea of using the real Civil War history of my family just got my creative juices going. I entered it on my site as well and got a LOT of response/ Sometimes, a prompt gives me exactly what I need to bring an idea to life. I absolutely love working with the challenges and prompts. Some don’t really give me a really creative idea, and I skip them if I think for days on a topic and no “light bulb” lights up.THANK YOU FOR OFFERING THE PROMPTS FOR US! beebeesworld
Have a great holiday, Julia.
