100 Word Challenge for Grown Ups – Week#
Apologies for the absence over the past 2 weeks. Not sure where or what happened but we’re back now!
The prompt this week is: Silence
Now this is a little different as I don’t want you to include the word but write about silence – what it feels like, evokes etc.
As usual you have 100 words. Please keep your piece suitable for a PG certificate. The link will close on 9th Sept.
If you are not sure what all this silliness is about please read ‘What is 100WCGU?’

Ooooh. This one sounds challenging (not that others aren’t as well). Just not sure If I have ever tried to demonstrate something with it’s absence … hmmmm

Interesting topic — My entry is kind of petulant, but I had fun writing it!

I do love your new header, Julia!!!!!!!!
Good!
We have had the gran children here for a week. We don’t see them often because of the divorce and a mighty tiring week and such pleasure it was, they are still the age to be delightful children and not the “Kevin & Perry’s” that will inevitably happen in another couple of years. Both girls love to talk and ask questions, Granddad this and Nanny that throughout the day it can get a bit (you know) wearying, but by crikey do I miss the noise now that the 2 of them made its not there. Our pet dog Tanji has run across the field twice now thinking I assume the kids that are playing will reveal her special friends, she seems to miss them as well.
Great topic, I will try to submit this week!
