Fungal Nails

Unless you are like my husband and play football regularly and get bruised toes, if your toenails are going black, yellow or green you are likely to have an infection. For some reason, even after a bath, we find treating our toenails really difficult! This can mean that infections that could easily be sorted are left and the condition becomes chronic.

If you were unable to wear those lovely strappy sandals or colourful flip flops because of the embarrassment of revealing your toe nails, now is a great time to take action and stop painting over infections and treat them now. Regain your toe confidence so that you can show them to the world next time the sun shines!

Fungal nail treatment

Canespro, a product from Canesten people who have been helping us with our infections for years,  that has been proven to work faster than any other fungal nail product. It is easy to use and removes the infected part of the nail in just 2-3 weeks. The simple steps are:

  1. Gently apply a thin layer of Canespro urea 40% ointment to the surface of the infected nail
  2. Cover the treated nail with the waterproof plaster included in the set for 24 hours
  3. Remove the plaster and soak in warm water for approximately 10 minutes, then gently remove the softened parts of the nail using the plastic tool provided.
  4. Repeat daily for 2 -3 weeks.
